About Jones
Dylan H. Jones is an award-winning advertising creative executive with over 20 years experience in broadcast TV, blue-chip product advertising and digital out of home. For the last 10 years, he has worked within the Digital Out of Home industry and partnered with the world’s largest retailers and marketers to advertise their brands and services on out of home media platforms.
Prior to launching Jones Digital Media, Dylan served as VP of Content Strategy and Creative at Premier Retail Networks (PRN) in San Francisco, CA, where he was the key creative force in developing the initial Walmart Smart Network. Costco, Best Buy, Supervalu and Sam’s Club also benefited from Dylan’s creative expertise in driving viewership and maximizing the impact of their in-store networks. He also developed and created award-winning out of home commercials for blue-chip marketers, such as Gillette, Pfizer, Kraft, Disney, Unilever and Nestle.
Dylan’s work has been recognized with over twenty Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) industry awards, including POPAI, Design of the Times, The In-store Marketing Institute, and Media Post. In addition, his creative execution for the Oreo Cakesters launch was recognized with an Addy Award.
Before PRN, he spent ten years in entertainment advertising. As Executive Creative Director of a boutique firm in London, he provided creative direction and branding strategy to new US satellite channels, such as the Sci-Fi Channel and TNT/Cartoon Network, launching in Europe. He’s directed, produced and written hundreds of on-air promotions and movie trailers. He has also won a number of PROMAX Awards for his TV marketing and promotional work and is also a judge for the awards.
Dylan combines his background in television and movie promotions and on-air branding with his expertise in consumer product advertising to offer a unique service to the DOOH industry. As a business development strategist, Dylan brings a unique creative perspective to the table and is able to develop robust programming and content strategies for out of home networks in any venue.
